Seems like a rather meaningless flux to me otherwise.

Flags count as bundle and slow you down (less but still slow you down)
and yes snowball snowball snowball, should be fun.
Besides wasn't GvG push flag, push flag again, push some more the tactic for idk, ages now? Atleast some change.

Chase flag runners with GWK and DWG's lol,
hit them with Recurring Insecurity so they have to stop to remove it,
knock them out with GWK.
How about Muddy Terrain and Wastrel's Worry to kill off runners, since WW will trigger 33% faster on bundle holders.

You mean ANY held item counts as a bundle (repair kit, Kaolai, flag, Res Orb in AB, etc)?

Even if this Flux was designed for the purpose of doing something for Snowball, I don't think that this Flux is as harmless to other formats as Minion Apocalypse was. The more I read this thread, the more I feel like things are going to be shaken up a little bit more than intended/desired.

Actually, if the tournament format stays as it did last year, with neither side having Avalanche, this almost makes it to where present carriers are as fast as normal players, isn't it?

Depends on the slow rate of presents, it's more than 25% I think

Let's see how people play the game with this area of effect before we load the guns.
This could be fun or cause major problems. If the issues out weight the pros, Anet are not the kind of people to just leave it alone. At least I hope not...lol

I don't know if the effect of this flux on GvG will be good, but it's not going to be huge. Bigger changes have been whined about and had virtually no effect before.
Snowball OTOH is going to be totally different.

Maybe some more Rit midliners (or midliners with /Rt) using the longest-lasting item spell out there would be viable, maybe even Rit backliners but then the Restoration line is completely devoid of cheap prots and hex removal not to mention a good spot heal (Spirit Light involves health sac) so it probably won't work ...
